I don’t know very much aout building a website - but I do know that my site is not pulling any orders or even getting anyone to click on the google ads - I would really appreciate any suggestions that you may have for me.

Hi my website is now three years old and has gone through a number of facelifts trying to improve it the sales conversion ratio. However I am also aware that I need to get more traffic and wider range of traffic to it. Tried adwords but lost money as the conversion was not at the time good enough. It is a specialist novelty gift site and any guidance and direction before valentines day sales period finishes would be very gratefully appreciated. I will be including an affiliate scheme in next month Any help from my Marketing Dad could make my Poor Dad my Rich Dad.

Our website developer has just signed off on our website but this is where the work really starts. I’ve done a mind-map for the development from this point onwards though would be interested if your ideas are the same as hours.

PS This is a bricks & mortar business - well nuts & bolts actually since its automotive - that we’re wanting to apply internet marketing techniques to build and expand. From your readers perspective it could also be interesting to compare the advice you give for a traditional B&M business and an IM busines…

PPS We’ve already started putting out the upgrade jobs - have three out for tender at the moment - and will keep putting them out through the year. Even the small amount of link building we’ve done over the last month has resulted in a lift in enquiries!

Hi Dad, I don’t advertise, not even Google ads, nothing. Why should I? What’s it worth to me?
If you google the site I come up No 1 or very close (but I’m in a niche market so thats easy) have done for years but I only get about 1500 hits a month with 12000 page views. Our shows sell out but I need to do more. Hoping to set up a membership site and go global with live web broadcasts this year. Help needed.

Our web site http://www.arabvideoclub.com is still in testing we plan to get mebers to Arabic movies club for north American of arab origin , I know you are not of Arab origin but your view on the structure and the flow of the site from sombody who is not particulaly interested in Arabic Films would be very helpful and appreciated.

Richard, I can’t imagine someone not benefitting from your offer and choosing winners will be difficult unless randomly drawn. For me, supporting my family is key especially due to some restricting medical conditions. I can’t seem to learn how to work smarter and faster instead of just more.

Hi Richard, thanks for your offer, I hope that I’m one of the lucky 6. My site is new, yes brand new. It is very different, the concept I mean to anything I have found. In fact I can’t find any on-line business like it anywhere. I have to advertise 2 ways, the first is using print and radio, I would TV but the funds don’t allow me to run that far.
You see I have to get my stock numbers up, these I can’t buy as they are Private Homes. I am continually re-writing and representing my HomePage as I have found with my own research just how UN-savy New Zealanders are when it comes to reading and working web-sites. The age group I am targetting might be something to do with it. I’m getting plenty of hits but not the signup’s.
I’m not worried about search engines and all that goes with the submission process as I have attained a Page 2 ranking in less than 24 hours. I’m asking if you can critique my site, to GRAB my prospects. I am a Sales Rep and 1 on 1 closing is easy, I’m having to ‘close’ using presentation and text. Because of the difference all my research does not me complete my cycle. Please help me with my animal?
